Jaedon is a New Zealand workwear and PPE company with something increasingly unusual behind it: our own local manufacturing capability.
We supply the everyday workwear, uniforms and PPE organisations need to keep their people equipped, while our in-house manufacturing and technical expertise gives us the ability to go further when the standard answer isn’t quite enough.
We understand the environments our gear is used in because we listen, test and refine. We value collaboration and believe the best results come from working closely with our customers to understand what they actually need.
Feedback is a vital part of that process. It drives improvement and ongoing refinement of our products. We also work alongside other New Zealand manufacturers, sharing knowledge and expertise where it helps us achieve a better result.
Our principles of making are simple: fit comes first, function drives design, and what we make needs to perform. But manufacturing isn’t always the answer. If the right product already exists, we’ll help you source it. If something needs to be changed, developed or made differently, we have the capability to do that too.
As we look to the future, our focus remains on what matters most: our craft, our people and our contribution to a stronger, safer Aotearoa New Zealand. We’ll keep learning, keep improving and keep making — while helping our customers get better results from their workwear and PPE.

We’ve got a team of exceptionally skilled makers who know their way around all kinds of fabrics, construction methods and fastenings. From CAD and pattern development through to cutting, sewing, seam-sealing, PVC welding and lightweight merino thermals, a remarkable amount happens under one roof.
We specialise in technical workwear and protective clothing, but our Auckland manufacturing capability extends well beyond PPE. What matters is understanding what needs to be made, how it needs to perform, and whether local manufacturing is the right way to achieve it.
There is real value in making here in New Zealand. We can see the product, understand how it is constructed, make changes as we go and maintain close control over the finished result.
Our strength is care; for the people who wear our gear and the people who make it. We work closely with our customers to produce New Zealand-made garments that fit properly, perform well and do the job they were designed to do.
But not everything needs to be made by us. If the right product already exists, we’ll help you source it. And if it doesn’t; or something needs to be changed, improved or developed, we can work with you through product development and sampling to find the right solution.

Our People
The people behind the work.
Jaedon isn't a collection of departments sitting in different buildings. Our sales, product development, pattern making, cutting, sampling, production, operations and administration all happen remarkably close to one another.
That closeness matters when we're trying to make things happen for our customers. A question can move from sales to the factory floor immediately.. A machinist can point out something that isn't working. A pattern can be changed, a sample made, a fabric investigated or a construction method reconsidered. The people talking to our customers have access to the people who actually understand how the garments are made.
And sometimes we stop making things long enough to eat together!
Our team brings together a fairly extraordinary mix of backgrounds, cultures, skills and experience. Some have spent years behind industrial sewing machines. Others specialise in patterns, cutting, sampling, operations, product development, sales or looking after the hundreds of details that keep everything moving.

Our machinists are where all the ideas, specifications, patterns, fabrics and promises eventually have to become something real.
Their knowledge matters. They know how different fabrics behave, when a construction is awkward, where something can be improved and what it takes to make a garment properly.
