Order Quantities & Delivery Times

What are normal production and delivery times?
Garments that are available ex—stock, delivery is 1 – 2 days depending on the delivery distances.
Garments that require logoing allow 5 – 7 days.
All indent orders allow 4 - 5 weeks for delivery.

What are the standard minimum order quantities?
The minimums vary from product to product; we can do smaller quantities of the ex-stock garments and headwear.
Indent garments, any clothing that is “Made to Order” the minimum is 30 units per order, with a minimum of 5 per size.

Can I receive a pre-production sample for approval, prior to my order being placed into production?
If you are placing a large indent order, you can see a pre-production sample, however there is pattern and sampling charge, this will be credited once the initial order is received.
With smaller orders, you can still have a pre production sample, however there is surcharge; this will vary depending what the sample is.

Can I add, cancel, change or delete items on my order?
Once an order has been cut, there is no possibility of altering the quantities/colour/design.
If your order is for ex-stock garments and they have not been sent for logoing then it may be possible to change the colour/qty/breakdown of your initial order.

Branding

What are the standard setup charges for company logos?
Embroidery: Setup charges vary on the detail of the logo and the order size. There are no additional set-up costs after the initial order.
Screenprinting & Heat-seal: The set-up costs for screenprinting and heat seal logos are dependent on the number of colours in your logo.

Is there a preferred format for artwork?
It is much easier if artwork supplied in one of the following formats to get the best result – EPS. AI. PDF. Embroidered logos can be set-up from j-peg, bitmap files.

I want to change/remove artwork. Can I do that?
Yes you can change your artwork, however this may incur a small edit fee. The fee depends on what the alterations are.

Can I get a sample of my artwork?
We can supply a sample swatch of embroidery. However it is not possible to supply samples of screenprinted or heat-seal logos, because once the screens are made they can not be changed.
